After a summer full of Circular City Tours & Games through Zurich, we want to continue discovering pioneers of the circular economy together.
This is why we invite you to join us on a tour including an apéro through the UMAMI ecosystem. Umami proves that ecology and economy can live in harmony. Their microgreen varieties are all grown with no chemicals in a very special ecosystem where plants and fish are living in perfect balance. Similar to traditional Aquaponic techniques (aquaculture + hydroponics) the crops are grown in a thriving environment governed by water and fertilized by fish who are swimming happily in water that has been cleaned naturally by the plants. It’s a beautiful symbiotic relationship perfected by nature and recreated in this urban environment.
Besides discovering their beautiful ecosystem, the tour includes a microgreen tasting game and an apéro with their products.
