SHIFT X IMPACT HUB LAUSANNE – From Potato to “Papet” and back: let’s close the loop!
A day for the local food ecosystem radically rethinking its relationship with what sustains us: our soil and what it produces.
When we speak of a loop, we are not just thinking of the sausage and cabbage loops, but the entire Vaud food ecosystem, from farm to table. A healthy population means a healthy economy, a healthy society and, above all, a healthy food supply. This is why we want to host a space for discussion, innovation and involvement for the entire local food ecosystem in order to radically rethink our relationship with what sustains us: our soil and what it produces.
This is not a conference where the floor will be given only to experts, but a space for exchange and open experimentation where participants will be shaping the discussion and what comes out of it. To this end, we have chosen our cantonal dish to be the focus of the event: the “Papet Vaudois”.
